Within the scope of the project, a functional prototype of a digital solution was created and made available, currently in operation and in a beta phase, allowing the demonstration of the technical feasibility and practical applicability of the developed concept.
The development of this solution was ensured with the direct participation of 2045 Digital Health Solutions, Lda, involving specialized technical resources, particularly in the areas of software engineering and nutrition, which ensured the structured implementation of the main planned technological components.
he current version of the prototype enables the validation of a relevant set of core functionalities, namely: Food logging via photograph or chatbot, with automatic nutritional analysis by AI; Recipe suggestions based on the food available at home, promoting efficient use and waste reduction; Food shopping recommendations based on household inventory, budget, health goals, and user location, prioritizing local and seasonal ingredients for more sustainable choices.
The solution was validated in a real-world environment with user participation, enabling the collection of relevant information to assess its technical and functional performance, as well as to identify aspects for optimization.
The work carried out is aligned with the objectives defined for the project, demonstrating the capacity to develop a digital product with a strong technological component and with conditions for future evolution into a commercial solution
